Product Selection
I must rate honestly that GKG offers all the products you would want for a domain name. The problem, however, is that they Nickle and Dime you for every single one.

Product Quality
The only problem I ever had was with the speed of changes. It wasn't bad, but not as fast as godaddy. For example, if I changed a DNS record, it would take sometimes several hours to update. Godaddy (although they say up to two hours) is always very speedy.

Service
I called up talking about domain transfer locks and the girl had no clue what I was saying. She sounded totally unprofessional - like she half expected that it was her friend Kimmy calling to talk about their english homework.

Price
Price seems okay on the surface, but they charge you extra for every single thing you want to do. Most registrar's do thinks like A Name record changes for free. GKG, however, charges extra. They also charge extra for standard parking services. They are not competitive at all.

Reasonable Sales Tactics
Their sales tactics are poor. They should say up front that they are going to be charging extra every time you want to do something. They advertise low domain purchase prices, but if you actually plan on using that domain then the price is not what they advertise. Reasonable features are not included.

Problem Resolution
About half the time I have called I have ended up with reasonable answers. Their customer service is usually pretty responsive, but I have gotten false information from them that ended up costing me some money out of my own pocket.

Value
So many better alternatives. Other places may charge a buck or two more for registration, but they include all the features you need. It's better to go with something tried and true.
